Terms of Service
Effective 16 September 2026. These terms are written in plain language.
1. Who you are buying from
Your contract for any purchase is with A Star Supply, trading as Instilus. Payments are taken by Stripe on its behalf and appear on your card statement as "A STAR SUPPLY".
Instilus is a trading name of A Star Supply, a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. Instilus is not a limited company.

2. Who our products are for
Instilus sells to businesses. By buying, you confirm you are buying for the purposes of your trade or business. If you are nonetheless a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
3. Other digital products
Templates, spreadsheets and guides are instant downloads, licensed for use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files.
4. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment; there are no subscriptions. Payment is processed by Stripe, and Instilus never sees or stores your card details.
VAT and buying from the EU
No VAT is charged. If your billing address is in an EU country, you must be buying as a business and enter a valid EU VAT number from that same country at checkout. We check it automatically with the EU's VIES service, and the reverse charge applies: you account for any VAT due in your own country. An EU purchase without a valid VAT number is refunded in full automatically, and nothing is delivered.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally through a secure link once payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Instant digital products (templates, spreadsheets, guides, Intelligence Briefs and Store Audits): at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that any 14-day right to cancel ends once access begins. We confirm this in your order email.
We will refund you in full if we cannot deliver what you paid for. For anything else, email astarsupply@gmail.com and we will look at it fairly. Your statutory rights, including the right to digital content that is as described and of satisfactory quality, are not affected.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, sales or business, for listings being suppressed or removed, for goods being held or refused, for fines or enforcement action, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

The free checks on this site give general information only. They are not advice and do not tell you whether any product complies with the law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones on this page when you made it.
