What FORGE is

FORGE is an online storefront selling instant-download digital products — spreadsheet-based operating systems and written guides — for agency owners, contractors, and small business operators.

Purchases and payment

Every purchase is a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; FORGE never sees or stores your card details.

Delivery

Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads via a secure link generated immediately after payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.

Free tools

The free calculators and diagnostics on this site run entirely in your browser. No account or email is required to use them, and the numbers you enter are never sent to FORGE.

Refunds

Because products are delivered instantly as digital files, purchases are generally final. If something has gone wrong with your order, the receipt Stripe emails you after checkout is the fastest way to get in touch — refund requests are reviewed case by case.

Acceptable use

Purchased files are licensed for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files themselves.

No warranty

Products are provided as is. The formulas and benchmarks used throughout are cited from real, named sources, but FORGE cannot guarantee outcomes for your specific business, and nothing here is personalized financial, legal, or tax advice.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
