Speed here means how quickly your homepage's HTML reaches our server and how big it is. It is not a Lighthouse run, not Core Web Vitals, and not what a shopper on a phone waits for. Only the homepage is read, along with your public product and policy pages, so checkout, payments, stock and anything behind a login are never touched. Some stores switch off the public product feed; when yours has, the score card says so instead of guessing.
