What you receive: A complete written guide covering the whole system, step by step — instant download after checkout. This type does not include a spreadsheet.
Exactly what arrives: One file: the written guide as a .md document, which opens in any text editor and pastes straight into Word, Google Docs or Notion.
Instant delivery: your guide appears on this page as soon as Stripe confirms payment, and the link is emailed to you as well.
Before you pay: there is no preview file for this one. Read “Built for” and “Not the right fit if” — they say plainly who this is not for.
- Secure checkout by Stripe. Instilus never sees or stores your card details.

Frequently asked questions
What is this?
The Sunday Reset is a downloadable written guide that walks you through a single weekly planning ritual — one sitting, one sheet of paper or note, covering meals, school runs, activities, and chores for the whole household. It's a method and a set of templates, not software.
How much does it cost?
One-time purchase, $9.99.
Who is this for?
This is for a parent or household running a genuinely busy week who is tired of juggling five separate systems — a meal app, a chore chart, a calendar, a shopping list — and wants one weekly ritual that covers everything instead of another thing to log into every day.
How do you know this solves a real problem?
It is one written document you work through once — not software, not a subscription and nothing to log into. If what arrives is not what this page describes, email astarsupply@gmail.com and we will put it right or refund you in full.
